I came to Kaksio for my work experience placement because I was interested in learning about something new. Lotta supervised me throughout the day.
We started the day, and with her guidance, I got to update articles on the company intranet using Claude, an AI assistant. I also got to give the AI tasks myself.
I heard many new and unfamiliar terms, like prompt, matrix and iteration, but in the end I learned what they mean. I also noticed that you need to describe your question to the AI in detail to get the best possible answers.
My second task was to create a survey for Kaksio's employees about cleaning at the Helsinki office. With guidance, I used AI to build the survey in Typeform. I also got to adjust the AI's suggestions to fit what I needed.
I learned to use AI more creatively and in more varied ways. I also got to introduce myself in meetings. On top of that, I got to listen in on a customer satisfaction interview and Kaksio's internal AI strategy meeting.
I'm publishing this blog post in HubSpot with the help of Claude and HubSpot's own AI, Breeze.
As a reward for my hard work, I chose movie tickets. The best part of the day was using AI.
