Kaksio Labs and Vere Design Oy have merged

Kaksio Labs Oy, specilizing in HubSpot consulting, and business design pioneer, Vere Design Oy, have merged.

On June 1st, 2023, Vere Design Oy merged under the name Kaksio Labs. This merger enhances Kaksio Labs' expertise in the field of business and service design, solidifying its position as a specialized hub for comprehensive customer experience development.

The goal of the merger between Kaksio Labs and Vere is to provide Finland's best support for HubSpot development and growth consulting to their clients. Shared history, objectives, similar culture, and shared values played a significant role in the background of the companies' merger.

The realized merger in June brings the companies under the Kaksio Labs brand. Jens Sundell continues as the CEO of the growing Kaksio Labs, while the CEO of Vere transitions to the role of Lead CX Consultant.

What Does This Mean for Our Clients?

The merger will not affect our collaboration and does not require any additional actions from our clients. Our services will remain unchanged, and we will develop them to better cater to our client's evolving needs. Agreements will be transferred to Kaksio Labs Ltd according to the terms of the business transaction. As part of the deal, Vere's business, clientele, employees, and the Edelläkävijät community will transition to Kaksio Labs.
