Sales Hub deployment project steps

The implementation of HubSpot’s CRM and sales tools consists of a kick-off meeting, three configuration workshops, and 1–2 sales training sessions. In between workshops, we will configure the system to suit your needs and implement the necessary customized record fields, sales pipelines, workflows, and reports for HubSpot.

Sales Hub deployment phase 1 Preparations

  • A cooperation agreement is created
  • Project start date is set on the calendar
  • Contacts and roles are defined

Sales Hub deployment phase 2 Project kick-off

  • The project schedule and goals are defined
  • The roles of sales, marketing, and communications are defined
