Our teams are located in Finland, Belgium, Mexico and the US. Our headquarters is located in Helsinki, Bulevardi but our EMEA team also works remotely.

We are now looking for a Sales Manager to support our growth and to work in close cooperation with our marketing team.

As Sales Manager your mission is to sell Kaksio Labs' services mainly in Finland but also in other areas of EMEA. You'll also work in close collaboration with HubSpot's Nordic Sales team in order to find the best possible solutions for our clients. You're not afraid of trying or generating new ideas and you understand the possibilities of inbound and outbound sales as part of the entire sales toolkit. We require previous experience in solution sales and understanding of CRM platform  technology - as either platform user or salesperson. You understand the sales and marketing ecosystem, the principles and possible challenges.

What we look for:

  • Proactive and top notch “deal closer” attitude
  • 2-3 years experience in solution sales
  • Experience with CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes and tools
  • Fluent Finnish and English
  • Good workshop facilitation skills and communications skills
  • Degree in Economic Sciences or other equivalent educational background
