Long-term Partnership For Support and Expertise in HubSpot Operations

Towards a More Efficient HubSpot Workflow

The collaboration between Kaksio and MPS began in 2020. MPS had adopted HubSpot for marketing automation and was in search of a partner for technical development and expertise support. Although MPS had been learning to use the software independently and wasn't afraid to get their hands dirty, they felt the need for Kaksio's expertise and a solid background to rely on when the challenges of using and developing the system became too complex to tackle on their own.

"At first, we developed various automations and templates with Kaksio. Our CRM system was still Dynamics at that time, and in collaboration with Kaksio, we created an integration from Dynamics to HubSpot. One good example was the creation of a customer satisfaction process, which was triggered in Dynamics but initiated in HubSpot." - Leila Virta of MPS recalls the early days of the partnership.

Website Redesign and CRM Project

Over the years, the collaboration between MPS and Kaksio has progressed through several projects, including a website redesign and the implementation of the HubSpot CRM system. In 2022, MPS embarked on the journey to revamp its website as part of an effort to consolidate its work into a single tool. The concept was refined with another partner, but the final implementation project was led by Kaksio. After the successful launch of MPS's new Finnish website, the same update was planned for the websites in Sweden and Lithuania.

Following the successful launch of the new user-friendly websites, MPS and Kaksio took on their most extensive joint project. MPS had decided to transition its CRM system from Dynamics to HubSpot. MPS opted to separate project management an billing into a dedicated tool, while utilizing HubSpot CRM for customer management, sales, and marketing.

"Last year, we decided to transition all our customer relationship management to HubSpot. We started by conducting sales workshops with Kaksio, modeling sales pipelines, creating roadmaps for the executive team, and thoroughly examining our processes. After that, we began using HubSpot with a small trial team before making it the final customer relationship management system for the entire company. During the project, we made a lot of customizations to HubSpot, tailored to our needs, and implemented integrations." - Leila Virta explains.

Smooth Operations and Supportive Partnership

Over the years, the development of HubSpot and the partnership with Kaksio have brought transparency and efficiency to MPS's daily operations. HubSpot has enabled easier tracking of ongoing deals, simplified activity management, and employees considered the use of HubSpot to be intuitive.

"When we think about the change that has occurred in just a few years after the adoption of Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, it has been a hugely positive change. The added value of HubSpot in marketing and website development has been tremendous. Whether it's reporting, marketing, or sales support, the progress has been immense." - Leila Virta describes.
